The Light House provides emergency shelter, transitional and supportive housing, homelessness prevention, and related support services to people who are homeless and at risk of homelessness in Anne Arundel County. Housing services include Emergency Shelter Program, Transitional and Permanent Supportive Housing, Eviction Prevention Services, and Case Management Services. Employment services include Building Employment Success Training (B.E.S.T.) Program, Career Start Program, Employment Specialist Support, Expungement Services, and Adult Basic Education, and Financial Literacy. Other support services include Referrals to Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling, Health Education and Access, Life and Parenting Skills, Food Programs, Career Closet Clothing, Laundry and Shower Facilities, and more.
