Post Traumatic Stress Disorder study to be held

Are you a veteran or active service member with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)? You may be eligible to participate in a research study. Doctors at Northwell Health are studying the effectiveness of a meditation practice on treating PTSD.

You may be eligible to participate if you: are over 18, have or believe you may have PTSD or have served in the armed services.

Research study requirements include one to 18 visits depending on the study group.

You will be compensated for your time and effort. The study will be run out of Unified Behavioral Health Center in Bay Shore.
