Oct. 25--Former Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, who has championed mental health issues in California, and Sacramento Bee reporter Cynthia Hubert on Tuesday host a live chat during which they will answer questions and discuss the nexus between homelessness and untreated mental illness.
