BRIEF: Mental health board to discuss Prop. 63 at monthly meeting

Feb. 14--The Fresno County Mental Health Board will meet Wednesday to discuss a report on the effectiveness of Proposition 63, known as the Mental Health Services Act.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will be at 2:30 p.m. at the Blue Sky Wellness Center, 1617 E. Saginaw Way.
